They did indeed. Silly to compare them to the SAS and call them SFs but yes they had nothing but praise for the NSG- " perfect force to send in for this mission"

I read the book. My version had a different pic of the Taj burning on the cover. Good read.
The book is very critical of the Tatas for refusing to keep armed security at the hotel because they did not want it to look like an armed camp.
It is also very tough on the Mumbai police force for being so poorly equipped and trained.
It also blasts the central government for ignoring recommendations for NSG hubs before the attacks.
