▲ 1. The heavy weights of the living realm.
Again, mixing politics with science only add ignorance, to say the least.
Indeed, are elephants, water buffaloes, more fragile than snakes and dogs?
As a matter of fact the heaviest ever animals that have lived on this planets earth in the past and present are all vegetarian without exceptions!Argentinosaurus - Wikipedia

Then why ethnic European seems to be more feeble, when practising veganism?
Science will tell that its partly genetic, partly due to lifestyle.
Genetic because if their ancestors were not vegans, then they might be at risk.
And of course ethnic Europeans (aka Homo SS) were known to be cannibals when they came from Africa, and invaded Europe 45'000 years ago, to the point of causing the extinction of the native Europeans called Neanderthals hunted as food!
On the other hand, ethnic Chinese (aka Sinanthrope) have obviously mostly vegetarian ancestors, at the exception of the ethnic Mongol and Manchus invaders' descents.
Therefore ethnic Chinese have no problem, with vegan diet, as long as they eat more than their carnivorous counterparts from the North.
In a nutshell, Vegans must be chubby.
Same goes for the panda, who eat most of the day time, and unlike the wolves, snakes and crocodiles, etc who only eat every other days, weeks or so.
Finally, the external factor, that is life style.
Everyone knows that years of dedicated training of the famous Chinese Shaolin monks are legendary, having bones so dense due to repeated physical stress, that the multiple micro fractures after re-calcifications allows increased strength, far superior than any other humans!
Why Shaolin are vegetarians?
▲ Emperor Wu of Liang (梁武帝) (464–549), The Bodhisattva Emperor
In 507 some years after the Foundation of Shaolin Temple, the Buddhist Emperor Wu of the Liang dynasty convened a conference to discuss the question of meat eating. He also, wrote an essay entitled "Forsake Alcohol and Meat" in which he urged Buddhists to become vegetarians. Emperor Wu is traditionally said to be responsible for the institutionalization of vegetarianism in Chinese Buddhism.
So , all the Shaolin are vegetarians ?
They ought to be. The first of Buddhism's Ten Precepts is, "Refrain from destroying life."
Vajrayana monks may eat meat because Vajrayana Buddhism incorporated many Tibetan practices, and as vegetables were rare in Tibet, Tibetans ate a lot of meat. On the other hand, Mahayana Buddhism flourished in China, where Mahayana monks grew their own food and were strict vegetarians.
Becoming a monk marks one of the highest points in a person's life. It calls for great sacrifice and dedication, and should be undertaken only after very serious and thorough consideration.
If a monk cannot resist worldly temptations like eating meat and drinking alcohol, he should leave his monk hood because he would be blatantly disrespecting his sacred monastic order.

Therefore finally breaking the exodiplomatic bottleneck in the 21th century, a feat out of reach for any other civilizations!
Argentinosaurus is a genus of giant sauropod dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period in what is now Argentina. Although it is only known from fragmentary remains, Argentinosaurus is one of the largest known land animals of all time, if not the largest, with length estimates ranging from 30 to 40 metres (100 to 130 ft) and weight estimates from 50 to 100 tonnes (55 to 110 short tons). It was a member of Titanosauria, the dominant group of sauropods during the Cretaceous.
