1- Was the resignation valid?
2- Was the vote valid?
3- If the members get disqualified, which they legally should, then what?

Yes agreed with loopholes in constitution and our politicians with 0 morality need everything written not using logic or common sense and sitting together to resolve things for the sake of Pakistan.

Exactly, read the clause you quoted again, and read the Dy Speakers judgment. The Dy Speaker ruled that according to Article 5, it is his responsibility to not let this motion be tabled.
