That means when violence against Asians escalates in the West, those anti-imperialism Chinese have no moral blame or responsibility for their suffering ― they are innocent victims. We should support them, not with the military but by letting them, as well as other Chinese with valuable skills and capital, repatriate back to China. But we can leave the white-worshipping bananas to die abroad from lynching and pogroms though― I don't recommend wasting our resources to save them.
