If India suddenly kills a Pakistani General in peace time visiting China, then I would understand the Pakistani action, but would severely condemn it, creating a diplomatic conflict.
The thing is no group should claim any action taken against US agressors. Just like how mossad terrorists many time do not claim attacks and even killed hamas resistance members in other countries in hotels. The anti-american resistance forces should do the same.
