before you swallow the Propaganda coming from Iranian TV maybe you should do a little research. The MAT-120 cluster munition (120mm mortar round) is Spanish produced. And not in service with the U.S. military. Many were sold to Gadafi however as reported by more reputable news sources.

All illegal weapons when used by USA are , legal - even nuclear weapons were deemed legal in WW2 becasue it was necessary to have an exclamation mark even after the first bombing

First of all Cluster bombs are not illegal except for those who are signatories to thier ban. And you do realize that Pakistan has cluster bombs in it's inventory right?
