To be honest it is still quite remarkable to me that India managed to squeeze any ToT for the Javelin out of the US, I seriously did not think the US would EVER accept India's demand for this.

If pushed through the Javelin would see widespread usage in Indian service and the spin offs are almost endless, likely would kill off the Nag though.

Nag should be retained & the technologies that we gain from this 'TOT' can be applied to make it better,no need to shelve it

We know the US innocence very well.That is why we faced huge sanctions till 2005.We know what they did against us in 1971.We know when ,whydid they establish NSG.US came to us for nuke deal.Before that from 1974 we were almost isolated from internationally in nuke area.Then Russia was our only hope.We know what is the reason for lagging of our Cryogenic engines and know the fate of two scientists that involved in CRyos.

He is Ph.D. from PRINCETON in 1966, he had many offers to stay in USA, but he chose to return and serve at ISRO, Dr. Nambi Narayanan was arrested and spent 50 days in jail. He says that the Intelligence Bureau (IB) officials who interrogated him wanted him to make false accusations against the top brass of ISRO. He alleges that two IB officials had asked him to implicate A E Muthunayakom, his boss and then Director of the Liquid Propulsion System Centre (LPSC). When he refused to comply, he was tortured until he collapsed and was hospitalised


Sad to read this. If the CIA is indeed involved, its part of the game. We still friends and do business with many nations that harm our progress. The difference is outwardly and behind the scenes I guess. The truth of the matter is we should have been on a mission to create intense nationalism in India. Create a greater sense of identity. Don't forget that it was just after this case broke out that the then IB's Additional Director Rattan Sehgal was given compulsory retirement after he got charged with spying for USA.

Why would a gov't go to lenghts to protect this IB character when it should have sent him to prison? CONgress is truly corrupt. Im not saying BJP isn't but countless examples how how COngress has f-ked us up for the sake of foreign powers. Why else won't those scumbags go thru extraordinary lengths to find out what happend to Bose as the UK is set to release documents related to him?

They are escaped because of the same Congress.India can find able leaders and we are not that weak for destroy because of absence of able leaders.Our previous leader was weak but that he was not that bad.
