US citizens asked to leave Kashmir

Srinagar: Grand Mufti of Jammu and Kashmir Bashiruddin Ahmad has asked all US citizens in the Valley to "immediately leave" the state in wake of the controversial video which has hurt the sentiment of Muslim community.

"The US citizens visiting Kashmir should leave immediately as the sentiments of the Muslims have been hurt by these pictures," Ahmad said.



“People are really agitated; I have told American tourists to leave for their own safety,” he added.

The government doesn’t have control over people when they are agitated, Ahmad said, adding the tourists who are here must be protected.

The Grand Mufti said the blasphemous content on Internet about the Prophet is highly condemnable.

The American tourists in Kashmir probably contrilbute millions of dollars to the local Kashmiri economy. Of course he would say that, he wants Kashmir to remain an undeveloped piece of $hit so he can have a fresh supply of young frustrated Mujahids (who are uneducated, poor and have no money or purpose in life) to fight a war against Indian Army/Govt.

He would never want the them go to schools or get a job and make a living, he of course wants to use them as a pawn in his Jihad and ruin their lives.

There were incidents in which Hindu gods were made in Food menu and marketing practices in US....
We didnt go around setting fire to embassies and all...
We protested and made the authorities aware about the situation and was taken care of...
Some take up violence, some protest, some just dont care....

Numerous incidents has happened in the past in Europe and USA where some corporation or firms insulted Hindu sentiments and religious beliefs. Those were sorted out by proper communication instead of mob culture.

that is not true. No one forced MF Husain to run away from India. He voluntarily left (i would say escaped) India to avoid facing the legal ramifications that arose because of his paintings. if you did not know no one went about chopping his hand or pronouncing a price on his head..FIRs were filed all over country in a democratic way and the old man unwilling to face it ran away. he was technically a fugitive from justice.

Which world u are living into??? Let me list the incidents and reaction. Other religions are tolerant..
1. Hindu God pic was put on comode. Hindus objected and it was removed, apologies were offered.
2. Hindu god was printed on slippers, Hindu objected, apologies offered.
3. Hindu goddes pic was put on Wine bottle, objected and removed.
5. Some jeans Ad shown Jesus posture on slab, Objected and removed.
6. Harbhajan singh Advertised open hair, Sikhs objected , Ad was removed...

Like wise there are many example, Now lets see how religion of peace reacts..

The bottom point is , In modern information age Islam is problem more than solution, The Muslism must revert to there original religion if they want a peaceful life...

remember an incident in Switzerland , when a shoe shop owner for publicity put a garland of shoes around Lord Ganesha`s statue... an indian guy polietly asked the shop owner to remove the garland.. which he did.. Unlike the poor dutch cartoonist who was killed in broad daylight..
