Again the bottom line is there are flaws in the curricula of History courses and or Project initiated namely as you mentioned above the "1619 Project" and ANY introspection based on inaccuracies will be a futile attempt on teaching the subject populace about the importance of racial equality and prevalent bias in society...

Slavery was long practised and thrived in Europe, Asia and the middle east, especially prevalent in the islamic world including the Ottoman empire that abolished slavery in 1924. It isn't an American phenomenon, slaves have suffered far worse and for much longer in Europe, middle east and Asia. Do you see a similar debates in these societies? Modern day slavery thrives in the muslim world, UAE, Kuwait and Saudi and yet no one is discussing it.

That sounds great and all but I’ll tell you why it’s largely meaningless. This entire country was founded on stolen land. So basically you’re saying that virtue signaling is enough to compensate for the genocide of an entire race? The ethnic cleansing of entire continents? It’s meaningless because it doesn’t address what was lost. When white Americans start shipping themselves back to Europe and allow native Americans to reclaim this land, then that would meaningfully address the wrongs of history. Other than that, just saying “sorry” while continuing to live off the riches of what was stolen is actually quite meaningless. And that is why I really don’t see any possibility that natives, blacks and Latinos will ever let go of their resentment against white America and this is why as whites slide below 50% of the population, we will likely see increased chaos, strife, racial conflict and hatred boil to the surface. A common American identity and understanding of history is fraying and will only become more conflicted.
