You need to understand that unlike Pakistan, in India, its a minuscule part of the population that has any interest in Military developments. And a newspaper will not create headlines out of thin air to pander to the sensitivities of this tiny segment of population. So the logic of feel good story is the one that is shyte, since currently (right or wrong) the Foreign policy news of Modi govt and recent economic indicators have given all the feel good news that Indians need.
