UNDERGROUND BUS STOP - A DEEP PLANNING

The Sindh Government has approved a multi-storey underground bus station at the Numaish traffic intersection in Karachi including a retail commercial area under public-private partnership. A wonderful very brilliant deep long term planning indeed! There is a very old saying that the “an Arab allowed his camel to enter one leg in the tent, and slowly the camel was in and the Arab out”. May be not in the life of this senior citizen, but surely not in too distance, this public-private partnership under most beautiful mouth-water alluring labels, the whole green open area of Quaid Mazar would be “developed”.

It's Sindh Government buddy, there is no difference of Mohanjodoro of old times and Sindh of 21st century. Let them deliver it before celebrating.

This is really a good way to relieve the stress from the conventional bus stops. Well if a repeat of 2011 floods happens, I hope the guys developing this project are keeping that in mind as well
