@The Accountant I think i should explain some why i called it an Pandora box .india whole case depends on only and only one point (about rest either they try to dodge or dont put any valueable arguments i)why retired just at 47 ii)how he obtain valid indian passport by name of hussain mubarak patel iii)his voter id by original name iv)his still salary slips credit to Pakistani agencies finding it (that i m still unable to confirm from other sources ) so very good presented by Pakistan.Only point for india whole case rested if they prove he was kidnap from Iran and if Iran provide any such documents only they are in such position(iran would do it or not thats another arguments to discuss ) but if they do ICJ gonna release him

Thank you all for you concern and interest into a matter being PDF Family. I have to say that right concerns are valued as PDF is yours as anyone else here. As Mod(s) have highlighted that the matter is into discussion and will be solved accordingly, therefore, thread is locked though, as I am tagged hence, had to share few points as a courtesy call.
First of all, the argument based upon Sectarian differences or as being pro to xyz, is not just wrong but biased as well as unethical that the same is being wrongfully attributed to the Forum. I can assure everyone and this is not in my individual capacity but with authority that such Favouritism or Pro thing does not exist at all.... not even a bit.
Secondly, we need to understand that here we are looking at something being done to enforce Forum Rules so that this space remains friendly, peaceful & providing equal opportunity to everyone to represent his/her side. However, sometimes it turns out to be a bitter one merely to maintain quality but to say that so & so member is being banned due to xyz pro agenda or any member is being favoured due to some personal liking, Religious relations or to say Sectarian based; is totally wrong & a weak argument to begin with.
This thread will remain locked as the matter is in discussion by Staff. However, any action taken by Mod(s) is based upon defined rules & to maintain quality of Forum but to blame as such as Sect based bias etc; is a total disappointment to read about. It is indeed a disappointment just because every member here values as much as anyone else and sometimes looking at such wording, is unexpected & disappointment.
Furthermore, the argument of Sect based favour or agenda is the idea of weak minds that cannot bring some plausible argument to the table in regard to resolve an issue rather cites a Sect based provocative way merely to make it worse, settle own score & vent frustration due to personal issues with the Forum happened on some other time. These blames are merely thrown at the Forum when the one cannot strengthen his/her arguments .
As we can see that among the same few members, we do have much more people that discusses the issue based upon merit and circumstances at hand while sharing their thoughts in regard to observations on the subject instead of provocations of Sect and then call it bias. I hope that everyone understands and must remember that there is no such thing as "XYZ Favour" exist and also, the same will be maintained through implementing Forum Rules for the betterment of all of us. Again, do not fall for the trap for few individuals those have their own self created problems and just wanted to blame others.
