1. you can't create the so called holes in Himalaya since, the peaks are inside Indian Nepal ,Bhutan border.
2. Himalayas are not essential for monsoons, your east china monsoon happen without Himalaya.
3. whatever temporary gains you get from this monsoon corridor, will be compensated using cloud seeding.
4. When moisture winds rise up over Himalaya, the clouds are touching the mountains. we just need to put some cloud seed agent at that height in mountains. It is very easy for India to cloud seed over Himalayas.
