Ukraine's Unexploded Mines Found in Russian Rostov Region

ROSTOV-ON-DON, June 16 (RIA Novosti) — Unexploded land mines of Ukraine's armed forces have been found on the territory of Russia's Rostov region one kilometer away from the Ukraine-Russia border, a representative of Russian Federal Security Services at the Rostov border told RIA Novosti Monday.

"On Sunday, June 15, after Ukrainian military used artillery in Ukrainian border towns, the residents of Russian Primussky village discovered three unexploded land mines, which clearly entered the territory from Ukraine, and they do not resemble the mines of the time of the [second world] war," he said.

The police has roped off the area with the mines.

Since mid-April, Kiev authorities have been conducting a special military operation in the east of the country to suppress the independence movement. The violence intensified after the People’s Republics of Luhansk and Donetsk declared their independence from Ukraine in May.

Moscow has called for an immediate stop to this punitive operation, which has already led to dozens of casualties.

So there are landmines very close to the border but instead of showing the evidence they show Mortar rounds which it took me 20 seconds of searching to see that these images were in fact taken in Donetsk, 2 weeks ago almost.

And most in the west dont read one one or two news sources, you believe your medias portrayal of the west whereas in reality its quite different, websites like ******** were created/hosted in the UK and you would be hard pushed to find a website with more impartial views than that, there are many independent news outlets that give you both sides of the story, some pro western some anti western. The UK is very multicultural and there are so many different views on world news in any small group of people, you have people of various nations and faiths even in small towns. In Russia your worldview is akin to that of the brainwashed North Koreans, everything is about you and everbody is out to get Russia, Russias news stories are always an attack, like the one posted about the wealth inequality gap and how Britains 1% are very poor, whereas the worst inequality in the world...Russia, RT fail to mention that in the article. Its basic scaremongering to distract from internal problems and the masses eat it up with nationalist furore.

The reality is in the west we all get along pretty well, Russians/Poles/Brits/Asians all living side by side generally pretty happily (apart from gypsies and slovakians etc who are generally just criminal), I have lived with Chinese/Russians/Americans/Scandinavians etc and I have never had a problem with anyone and thats the reality of life, the nicest people I lived with were Chinese and they are treated well here and generally thrive, as the reality is politics dont play a part in peoples lives over here as much as it does over there because our lives are at a level where we dont need to listen to leaders giving patriotic speeches and looking for ways to vent our anger towards the west.

You lot take out media far more seriously than we do, we view it as bullshit, you view it as bullshit that the people believe. Hence why the best selling newspaper in the UK has a picture of naked women when you turn the page and the headline stories are generally nonsense, contrary to your media would have you believe we really arent to bothered on events in Russia because we have no reason to be, whether you like it or not the vast majority of you are pretty much Western, you can call yourself "east" all you want but your about as similar to people in the East as I am, your a dirty westerner aswell with your white skin, adequate paying job (compared to the true East) computers and European cars, our histories have been intertwined for Millenia and you can barely tell the difference between someone from the UK/Germany/Russia, stop trying to be different and just accept what you are, you nato loving zionist.
