UNIAN Tuesday.

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry plans to build about 30 warships and boats by 2020.

"In accordance with the provisions of strategic documents in the defense sector, the Armed Forces of Ukraine conduct measures to revive the Naval Forces and increase its combat capabilities. As of today, the Marines, coastal artillery and other Navy units are actively involved in the Anti-Terrorist Operation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and they are ready to repulse armed aggression from the sea. The build-up of naval capacity is underway. By order of the Defense Ministry, two small armored artillery boats were built for the Ukrainian Navy, while another four are in the manufacturing stage," head of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Communications and Press Department Lt.Col. Oksana Havryliuk was quoted as saying to UNIAN Tuesday.

“The Ministry of Defense signed a government contract with JSC Leninska Kuznia Plant for the construction of two landing craft,” Oksana said.

"The ministry plans to radically update the Naval Forces and build about 30 warships and boats by 2020. In addition, a new patrol aircraft An-148MP is being developed for the Naval Forces of Ukraine by the decision of the Defense Minister. It is expected to be built in 2019," she said.

Turkey may help them. This makes me very very happy.
Also to Bulgarians,Poland and Baltic states. We go on quite but from the deep.We may built politic and military alliance with them.
We help Ukranians at all defence sectors against Russians.3000 Ukranian police will come to Turkey for training and education. Turkey will also help for their equipments and armaments.Russians will learn how we give special force training to our police when they turn back to Ukraine.

What do mean this word has many meaning some means that is possible some others means it is not possible:undecided:.
What I mean is that I don't expect to see any major surface combattants. Rather, I expect to see riverine vessels, patrol craft and may be a few small surface combattants.

This here is the 'small armored artillery boat' the article speaks of:

The modernized Project 58155 Gurza-M for the Ukrainian Navy started to be built at the Leninska Kuznya in October 2012. Originally it was planned to build nine such vessels by 2017. In December 2013 the Ministry of Defense withdrew its contract. In summer of 2014 construction of Gurza-M was revived and the first two vessels are expected to be completed in fall of 2015. The new military contract is for 20 vessels that should be completed by 2017.

So, if this is correct, Gurza-M alone is already two-thirds of the aforementioned 30 ships!

The other 10 may (or may not) comprise some of these:

That does make sense thanks.

I asked my self the same question how come they build some lethal ships in the range of 2k ton in less than four years......no way.

But how about a 250 tons missile boats they can form some lethality the Q can they do it I still doubt it.

Many (Most?) of the vessels in the catalogues I linked to have western sensors and weapons.
Question is will other states be willing to supply?

The turks will do it gladly not forgetting israelis will help them too.

I do not really think that Ukraine will need any other help except money.

They have the shipyards which once built the Soviet navy. Some of the biggest and most capable shipyards and marine industry.

On the contrary , its Ukraine which can teach others quite a few things about ship building.
