Not for Criminals.

But yes for Terrorists. Because they write religious texts on their flags and their lot compromises of people from only one section. And they shout Allahu hu Akbar before blowing themselves up in crowded places.

It's human nature to classify things on their some common patterns. It's nothing new.

And sadly religion gets called out when people cannot eat beef or get beaten up for selling beef because they are from that religion. Or when someone says by this this date there won't be any other religions in India?

They are terrorist wannabes.. nearly as bad. The law will treat them appropriately, however, if it were a Hindu idiotic enough to want to join IS, I'd say throw them into a jail and forget about them too. Again, I didn't bring religion into this, IS and people who join it based on religious extremism did.

For Samjhota Express - start another thread, that has been debated to death and beyond. You are welcome to discuss it further.

There is no law saying only minorities cannot beef - that would be unconstitutional. Hindus too can't eat it in some states.

Malabar region has been the epicentre of such activities for some time now. The nincompoop politicians sitting in kerala 've not done much to prevent this network from spreading in kerala and across other states in India.
