Are Emirati's looking to buy Mirage-2000s from South America that can be upgraded at home in UAE for CHEAP.

I would say that if UAE likes it very much then it should look towards buying it from Qatar as well as from Egypt which might be looking for local production of JF-17s to replace F-5, F-7/MiG-21s, Mirage-V and Mirage-2000s and F-4s.

Also Greek ones can also come to UAE as well:

But if Greece wants to sell their 44 Mirages along with Taiwan then IAF might be buying it along with FAF ones.
