Holy $hit! Well i can only imagine the high cost of homes since its in the Greater Boston Area --- and as i have read from real estate magazines, the suburbs of Boston is one of the best areas to raise a family, plus, great school systems there, yes? Do you happen to know how much is your monthly mortgage ? Or did you put down a considerable downpayment?
For my house, when i purchased it it was around $275,000 , then i had to put some money down on restoration of the interior. But yea, i put down 50%, and my current monthly mortgage is about $1,400. I'm in for a 15 year.
This is a view you'll see in South Jersey's country roads, farming communities, which is where my town is in. I prefer the country-suburban setting. Away from the frenzied hurly burly of the city life.
