The first of eight new-build Chinook helicopters configured for special operations use has been delivered by Boeing to the U.S. Army.
The MH-47G, a variant of the CH-47, has a maximum speed of 170 knots, a range of 400 nautical miles and a combat range of 200 nautical miles and advanced avionics, such as digital advanced flight control. The aircraft also features improved monolithic machined-frames.

The new helicopters will be delivered to the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command through next year under a contract valued at $300 million.

"It is an honor to be trusted to design, produce and deliver this advanced capability for the Army Special Operations customer," said Steve Parker, vice president, cargo helicopters & H-47 program manager.

"The advanced technology inherent in the new-build MH-47G ensures that the users and operators will have the superior mission capability that they require. This delivery also begins a new chapter that will carry the Chinook forward for many more decades and is the latest demonstration of Boeing and the wider Team Chinook's commitment to delivering upon promises made."

Boeing said the helicopter was delivered a month ahead of schedule.

The MH-47G’s fully integrated digital Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS) permits global communications and navigation. CAAS is among the most advanced U.S. Army helicopter systems. CAAS includes integrated forward-looking infrared (FLIR) and multimode radar for nap-of-the-earth and low-level flight operations in conditions of extremely poor visibility and adverse weather. Today’s MH-47Gs contain a fully integrated digital cockpit management system, long-range fuel tanks and advanced cargo-handling capabilities that complement the aircraft’s mission performance and handling characteristics.

You are a non biased member. I would like to ask you a good question.

Can PAA-PAF received 47-50 AC-130s from USA with upgrades after they procure newer ones.

Also will ANA going to receive 200 Super Cobras ex-Marines ones?

Based on my personal opinion, Its very unlikely that PAF would upgrade its inventory with these upgraded air fleet. It depends on the budget as well. Super Cobras are now out dated now. That is why PAF has requested Russia to provide
Mi-35 Helicopters. I personally want Pakistan to buy Apache, Chinook & Global Master III to meet the modern requirement. But there are other factors which prevent Pakistan from buying these latest inventory such as Budget & U.S's policy & favoritism towards India.

But if AC-130s comes for Free with upgrades then it can be better.

It is telling that there are 0 (zero) exports of the AC-130. The AC-130 relies heavily on very sophisticated electronic equipment (sensors, communications and command equipment and electronic counter measures) which the US does not export. Why would you think the US would provide it to PAA-PAF when they don't to their closest allies (e.g. UK)?

Outdated? AH-1Z? The AH-1Z completed sea-trial flight testing in May 2005. It was declared combat-ready in September 2010.
On 21 September 2012, the U.S. Congress was notified of the possible purchase of 36 AH-1Z Vipers by South Korea. The order would be worth $2.6 billion. The Viper was competing against the Boeing AH-64 Apache and the TAI/AW T-129 for the order; a decision was expected by the end of 2012. In April 2013, South Korea announced they had selected the AH-64E Apache. While it wasn't selected, it wouldn't even have been considered if it were outdated....

Can PAA with US approval procure AH-1s from Jordan, Bahrain, Turkey, Spain, Phillipines, S.Korea and Japan???

. .
Are these countries offering?

Spain: got 8, of which 4 lost and 3 returned to US.
No We need to offer them to buy it. Spanish AH-1s whether 3 of them can be brought for spares too more over Jordanian, Bahrain, Turkey and Philippines can easily be bought as they are quite friendly countries more over we can request S.Korea-Japan to give us for free as they are supporting us a lot. or Even S.Korea which is keen to invest in Pakistan and is helping Pakistan free of cost in many areas will going to help them getting their own AH-1s to come free for Pakistan.
