The "Vietnamese Economic Times" reported on April 4th: The US Department of Commerce (DOC) recently announced that it initiated "countervailing subsidies" for bags imported from Vietnam made of polypropylene, plastic, ramie, or the like Counter-Subsidy and Anti-dumping Investigations

Based on VN news, Trump wanna re join TPP cos he can not reduce Trade deficit with CN when US is not TPP member.


TPP still come into force in 2019 show that TPP group leading by JP (with biggest benefit for VN) is strong enough group to force mighty US step down and re negotiate.


The funny thing is that even VN gain the biggest benefit, but Japan is the one who try all best to make TPP come into force next year .
