Indus is the river that runs in India. Is that hard to comprehend friend?
Whether it runs up and down Pakistan or left and right is irrelevant to us. It is the only river of note in Pakistan, and it is one of the many rivers of note in India. But it does flow in India and consequently - I have to remind you - again - that it is not 'Pakistani'.
Right. So because Alexander knew something or did not, we are supposed to derive our name based on his knowledge...or rather your claim of his knowledge?
India was a name given to the expanse of land East of Indus which had a similar culture. Now, on account of Muslim invasions, the region Sindh and Pakistan Punjab no longer share that same culture, but the river does run through India.
Again, it is not that hard to comprehend.
Lastly, we retain the name India along with Bharat. as India is the legal successor to the British Indian empire.
No one needs to come to excavate ruins in India because fortunately for us, we have a competent authority who is able to do all of this.
No one however is barred - whether Indian or Foreign- from visiting any site both during the excavation or after the excavation.
Even you as a Pakistani are free to do that.
I repeat again, many of the sites of IVC are in what is modern India. That makes any claim of IVC being 'Pakistani' - a flight of fantasy for Pakistani's.
