Two more incidents of child abuse were reported in Patoki, Tehsil of Kasur on Wednesday.
According to Patoki police, Junaid, a resident of Rizabad, had registered a case that his brother was raped by accused Ramesh, Ashfaq, Nazim and others.
The victim's brother said the suspects also made videos and photos of his brother, and were blackmailed him.
Police have nabbed the three suspects and recovered the videos from mobile phone while raids are being conducted to arrest the two other suspects.
In another case, police have also apprehended a man named Babar on suspicion of abusing a seven-year-old child in Mandianwala area of Patoki.
It may be recalled that the horrific incidents of murder of four children were reported in Chunian Tehsil of Kasur last month.
The remains of three children who had gone missing from the city's Chunian locality, were found buried underground.
PM Khan took strong notice of the incident and announced a major services merged in the local police in Kasur.
In a tweet, PM Imran said the District Police Officer (DPO), Kasur Abdul Ghaffar Qaisrani, and SHO in Kasur had been removed.
Punjab has filed a large number of child sexual abuse cases over the past seven months, records indicate.
At least 126 child abuse cases were lodged in the last seven months, police said.
Nearly 129 alleged rapists were named in 126 FIRs registered regarding child sexual abuse at different police stations across Punjab, police added.
