What's new

Two months after IA retreat, PLA starts withdraw from Doklam stand-off site

MacArthur asked for more troops but was asked to stand down after we came halfway around the world and took half of Korea.

And in WWII had we not attacked Japan they would have ruled China.

The article makes no mention of any road being built at the specific point of contention, and in fact talks about yet another retreat by China :omghaha: We all knew that no road being built in that specific region and withdrawal was also part of the terms, this just confirmed it. :sniper::china:

Well america was many decades ahead of china in terms of technology in 1950 yet a US-led multinational force couldnt defeat the communist forces.

Technology is not just the deciding factor in a war, commanders need to consider the political will to fight as well.

Nukes or not, a china that barely emerged out alive from a civil war 1949 must be noted for dealing such devastation to american forces.

Had commodore perry not caused meiji restoration, china wouldnt have been invaded by japan

@takeitwithyou

dont forget the rest of the world is suffering for what USA is doing in the middle east for israel.

usa caused own troops to die for israel and also created al qaeda and isis as a result.

i wish sometimes u guys will reflect and consider that whatever had happened to USA now is only the result of own reckless hehaviour.

Also, 90% of north korea was badly bombed by USA, hence thats why north korea wants to build ICBMs.

USA is a great nation, but China will be greater because it doesnt step on others to rise to the top.

actually, im quite sure that if china had moved her troops much deeper into doklam from what it was in august/sep, india wouldnt have fired a shot unless someone died.

i will trust that china keeps expanding.

Still my friends are in shock mind whatever happened in doklam. :-)

I love see Thier frustration after few interval days. China can win a war on Chinese daily or pdf.:closed:

LOL just excuses for your miserable defeat in Korea!

China helped USSR defeat the Third Reich by preventing a Japanese second front in Siberia. You aren't speaking German now only because of China's persistence.

LOL you are just contradicting yourself now. What terms? What withdrawal? PLA remained at the stand-off site for two months after India's humiliating retreat!

We are indeed building motorable roads in Doklam, despite Indian warnings about protecting Bhutan, as confirmed even by India media. You assume these roads do not lead right up to the stand-off point because you like to move the goal posts, but I wonder how PLA supplied our troops and armor vehicles during these two months at the stand off point without motorable roads?:lol::lol:

.
Its wastage of time to talk to a fake Chinese who is ashamed of being a Pakistani.

Govt of India confirmed there is nothing going on near stand off area.

Bye false flag.

Its the same corrupted government led by india, nothing special yeah?

STILL, No road is being built because just like Taiwan stood up to China and China was too afraid to take them on, India did the same. Rest is immaterial.

The entire conflict to the rest of western world was about one specific spot India told China to not build on it.
China cowered, and now we see rejected PLA entrees due to excessive self-gratification trying to self-gratify alternative facts here. No road built period...the dragon has no fire! Their reps here are celebrating YET another retreat!
What is the purpose of stopping a road? You stop roads because roads are an instruments of occupation, so your objective was not just to stop roads, it was to prevent an occupation. We just occupied Doklam. :enjoy:

Fake Chinese cheerleader. We understand your master Chinese ran away with tail between the legs. ha ha

Doklam is a disputed area between Bhutan and China. As there is no understanding between Bhutan and China, there will not be anything happening on Doklam. India wanted this and India forced China t obey this.

DONE. Now fake Chinese (he was speaking Urdu) dont bring this again.
NO ROADS MY ARSE! :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
china-india-bhutan-doka-la-region-topo.jpg

Yes a turd world, under-equiped, underfed, technologically inferior army forced the world's second most powerful nation to retreat.:rofl::rofl:

These are standby forces near Yadong within non-disputed area. The purpose is to activate them when our Hindu bhais have an itch up their arses and need some kicking.

You can put a hundred LOLs, revisionist history you've been taught and all the emoticons but the fact remains you cowered away just like we in the West know you to be.

You are nothing but a shared-regional power with no teeth and now with a reputation of being a predatory loan shark.

No Road was built period at the site of contention. And now a further to retreat to complete the humiliation!

Terms were clear, no building of the road at the specific point of contention. Both sides withdraw troops per a timeline. India getting you to cower to their demand of no road at the point of contention, withdrew most of its troops and China staggered that withdrawal.

Now the COMPLETE neutering of Chinese troops has taken place
. And you actually posted it to all to see:lol:

You even blamed it on the weather!

“We will take into consideration all factors, including weather, to make relevant construction plans according to situations on ground,” says foreign ministry spokesperson in Beijing. http://www.thehindu.com/news/intern...ad-construction-in-doklam/article19581244.ece

THEN

You like to cite Indian media in your attempt at spin and they further reported,
“The same equipment and workers are being used to strengthen an existing kutcha road about 10-12 km from the last faceoff site.” Army sources confirmed that the PLA was constructing a road...and the development did not have strategic implications for India http://www.hindustantimes.com/india...der-control/story-smf3Fj1DL77P4rXoJ5Jm3J.html

Here is the final proof in the entire saga. NOT ONCE have the Chinese come out to dispute Indian media and latest government account or stated they built the road in the same place!

Mirza, you saw the map I posted, you saw those yellow lines Doklam Plateau? Those are roads.

Not once did your MEA said it was a mutual withdrawal, and now it's proven correct, there never was a mutual withdrawal. You know how long was your MEA reply, go type the word Doklam and see it for yourself? Remember when China issued a status quo report on that incident and noted only 40 soldiers were left and the whole Indian media went hoohah, your MEA didn't deny it either, and these were official statements, not your media fanboy statements. Indian media is Indian media, it's only for your own feel good reading, where Modi portrays to you lil Hindutva drones that India is a supa powa.

Remember how I explained to you for a deal to work, there has to be exchanges? What, India is a supa powa, and China must listen and withdraw? Bhai, don't be so naive. Look at the facts on the ground...Chinese troops in Doklam, Rapid Reinforcements within 1hr from Doka La, road network completed on the plateau. An occupation for a postponement, sounds fair to me, it's even good for Modi's face, he appears as a hero.

No road at the specific point of contention to date and now a withdrawal remaining of troops completed. You cowered away, and all your side games now are immaterial. The dragon was asked to not build and leave... and it's shimmed itself away, toothless and its fire extinguished.

Official statement from Indian MEA we all read here and understood. “In recent weeks, India and China have maintained diplomatic communication in respect of the incident at Doklam. During these communications, we were able to express our views and convey our concerns and interests. On this basis, expeditious disengagement of border personnel at the face-off site at Doklam has been agreed to and is on-going,” said the MEA in a press statement titled “Doklam Disengagement Understanding,” the statement said.

Your version of a MEA said China will patrol the plateau but not once have they stated they will in that build a road in that specific area or not once. You lost and the world knows it!

and how did you came onto the conclusion that urdu speaking is a Pakistani not an bengali, Indian, american or even chinese himself (i have met a few people who are Chinese and speak urdu/pashto, hell lot of people in KPK/Pakistani northern areas have married Chinese )

if chinese are not building a road is because they dont think conflict is worth a single road, chinese focus is ecnomy and poverty reduction not war like indians...lets not kid ourself if china goes to war with india it will be onesided(not me your analystsay that)

road or no road china still occupy that piece of land and thats what matter

That's why I am asking you how do you define the 'area of contention'? Siliguri? Doklam? Or Doklam plateau? How did we cower away when we are OCCUPYING the plateau?:rofl::rofl:. Does your statement even make sense?
Modi and Xi made a deal, neither wants war, and Modi wants face, China wants territory. So we came to an agreement, road postponement for Modi to save face and withdraw unilaterally while we occupy Doklam in return. Fair deal to me.

'Expedious disengagement' means both parties are not on a war posture, and a 300m buffer zone was established between the two. So how does 150m from the Doka La border meant we retreated from Doklam plateau when the distance from Doka La from the 'recognized border' was more than 5kms away? :china:

Q: Could you tell us that how many Chinese soldiers are still deployed at the Dong Lang area?

A: This is a very specific question. What I can tell you is that The Chinese border troops continue with their patrols and stationing in the Dong Lang area. China will adjust and deploy its military resources in accordance with the need of guarding the border and the situation on the ground.

"We will make an overall assessment of the weather conditions and all related factors, and according to the actual circumstances complete construction plans for the Dong Lang (Doklam) area," spokesperson Hua Chunying told a daily news briefing
