Hardly pro-India. He is definitely pro-Pakistan, neither he nor the PPP government before it conceded ground on the issue of Kashmir. Actually the PPP government walked back from Musharraf's commitment & Nawaz Sharif wanted to go all the way back to the Lahore declaration. The point that is used to say they are pro-India is because they seem more inclined on matters like trade & other CBM's. Hardly pro-India, friendlier towards India is the best that can be said.
