Actually he is the one to blame for elevating the emotions and creating a siege mentality among Muslims.
It is nothing new. The same was used to justify the genocide of Native Americans by the white settlers who used to exact painful restrictions on Native Americans to push them to the verge of starvation, disease, and mental breakdown.
When one young lad would accidently wander on white land or have a confrontation with any white settler, they used it as an excuse to cage whole tribes in military bases.
Then when the oppression became too much, some youngsters would sneak out and fight guerrilla warfare against the colonizers.
The US government would use it to dispossess native people of their lands, by using the example of one vigilante or a single band outlaws.
The same collective punishment is being used on the Muslims of France, even though the attackers are few in number.
Many more Muslims are killed by Non-Muslims in such attacks and reprisals, but the French media deliberately ignores it.
There is a wider agenda here.
Now religious people had a chance to collectively resist these offenses to their faiths, but that has been undone with this incident.
France is willfully fanning the flames.
