Twitterati rips apart Dangal star Zaira Wasim's mother's pro-Pakistan Facebook posts on Indo-Pak cri

New Delhi: Dangal actress Zaira Wasim, who played the role of young Geeta Phogat in the Aamir Khan-starrer superhit Bollywood movie Dangal, made headlines a few weeks back for meeting J&K Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti. Now, she is back trending on Twitter after a user named Sonam Mahajan shared old pro-Pakistan Facebook posts of her mother.

Seeing the posts go viral, twitterati lost all their calm and started slamming Zaira's mother Zarqa.

Care to point out the religious angle in any of the Facebook posts? I don't see anything besides support for Pakistan in cricket. Am I missing something? Does that dot on your forehead give you the ability to see hidden messages in Facebook posts or something.

Support for Pakistan or Pakistani cricket team is because they are Muslims and India and Indian cricket team being Hindus. There are millions and millions of Muslims in India who support India but separatists in Kashmir as they are in majority in those 5 or 6 districts support Pakistan because of their hatred and not because of so-called Indian Army atrocities.

I have "Muslim" friends in Pakistan who while watching a Pakistan vs India match, openly support Indian cricket team. I never refer to them as thankless for supporting Indian team.

I know indian girls from Mumbai and Culcutta who drool over Shahid Afridi and Shoaib Akhtar. I know of indian girls from across India and several Bollywood super star level heroines, from a generation back who were willing to go many extra miles for Imran Khan. Simply look around on this Pakistani Defence Forum how indians are free to express their views and then compare it with any of the leading Indian Defence forums and tell me how many Pakistani members are allowed to freely express their views there.
