Black arses are after China too. Taiwan is simply too far away from India with having no borders but it doesn't stops Indians in indulging of their wet dreams.

I also think it's because a lot of "IT services" for westerners are outsourced to India. A lot of my spam mail comes from India, even though many are advertising US/EU companies. And all of the fake followers/likes services for Twitter/Instagram/Youtube/etc. come from India, from networks of Indian bots and fake accounts. The service owners don't actually understand or care what they are promoting, as long as they get paid.
