Have you ever read historical books about last decades of Ottoman Empire... People were misirable, poor, afraid, angry, hopeless and full with many negative feelings... In ther last years, they have seen that only thing that kept them as whole, religion, was fauls with betreyal of Arabs... Millions of Balkan refeguees without home, 1/4 of population has been killed in War... Did you know that it is the highest death rate in a war trough out the history. Every 1 out of 4 person was death... 2 out of 3 person was death at eastern Anatolia where Armenians live. (these numbers are numbers of muslims death) %60 of life stock was death, %45 of agricultural trees were destroted, %36 of agricultural field were destroyed

Hmm, maybe i should start a thread because some people in this forum call Allah "imaginative friend" Muhammads (sav) teachings "delusonal", Muslims "bigots". This is what i talk about when i talk about Kemal. You see him above even God, that you can belittle Allah whenever someone insults Allah or our Prophet you either thank their posts or stay quiet. But when someone critizises Kemal without insults you feel so furious. Whats with that?

My problem is, this; I respect Ataturk greatly. He was the great commander that can lead Independence War, thus, free our lands from foreign troops. His leadership, wit was amazing. He was a great soldier, also a great politician. Problem with people who love Ataturk so much (ignore the generalization) is they tend to discredit everyone who disagreed with Ataturk after the Republic, and even go far as to label them as vatan-ı hiyanet (traitors). I don't care if people love him like a man who loves his god, but trying to impose this love to others and calling them traitors when failing to do so, is not graceful, let alone realistic. Ataturk done many great things, but he also done things that were not so great. He's a historical figure and needs to be treated as such.

You and same minded people like you are seriously insulting Mustafa Kemal... Which I consider offensive... Did you ever see me insult Allah or phropet Mohammed (sav)?

Edit: Kemalism is a word that has nothing to do with Mustafa Kemal right now... It has been used as a tool to shut the people up like religion is use by Iranian regime or terrorism used by U.S congress...

Telling Mustafa Kemal is the reason Turkey was used by foreign forces is an insult to man who spend his every secon of his life for his country for two decades... It is like saying that muslim countries are backward of this world because phropet Mohammed?

I don't think you know what insult is then, and you are not telling the entire truth either. I didn't say Kemal as the reason Turkey is used by foreign powers anywhere. What i said was that people who call themselves "Kemalists" is why Turkey has not been able to develop for several decades.

Edit: Nevermind, we had a handful of discussion today and i am tired. I hope you will dream of Kemal (no offense, people who like historical figures should not feel offended by this).
