Crash landing on the Moon in 2023 with data probe, will collect information such as surface ballistics characteristics, radiation data in different altitudes of the moon. Probe will be launched with foreign *cough* spacex *cough* rocket.

Soft landing on Moon in 2028, probe will be launched with national rocket.

One thing i can't understand, is that Turkey is trying to send rover onto moon. Why? For what benefit? How would it help Turkish Space program?
