Turkish Space Agency is Getting Established

DUTIES AND AUTHORITIES OF SPACE AGENCY

In situations involving the security of the country with extraordinary circumstances, martial law, mobilization and warfare, all space systems will be used within the framework of relevant legislation for national security and national defense purposes.

TAF WILL BE WORKING ON SATELLITE AND SPACE TOO

The Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) will have the space systems that can train personnel and carry out R & D, projecting, production, integration and procurement activities in order to acquire the satellite and space capabilities needed.

According to the Law on Higher Education, those who are assigned to Ajanst will be paid university leave on university campus. The regulation on liability insurance will come into force two years after the publication of the law.

The appropriations and expenditures needed until the budget of the Agency is put into effect shall be met from the budget of the Prime Ministry.

Moving tools, materials, fixtures and projects carried out by the General Directorate of Aeronautics and Astronautics removed and contracts related thereto shall be transferred to the Agency without any further action, together with all rights and obligations.
