Turkey's FM blasts Arab nations for silence over Golan move - A Pakistani Perspective

Being a Pakistani, I have a concern regarding Palestine and Palestinians. Pakistan has been siding up Palestinian's cause of liberation on the cost of it's own interests, so much so that it didn't recognize the state of Israel yet, with which we have no direct enemosity or rivalry apart from Israel's illegal occupation of Al Quds (Muslim's first Qibla). Pakistan sides up with Palestinians for two reasons, first and the foremost, for liberation of Al Quds and secondly for showing solidarity to 'our Muslim brethren' and 'oppressed Palestinians'. On the other hand we feel in Pakistan that Palestinian state is very insensitive to our concerns regarding Kashmir issue. A similar human catastrophe like Palestine where India has from last seventy years occupied it illegaly, and is brutalising the Kashmiri people. We hardly hear any support for Kashmir liberation struggle from Palestine, Palestinian people or from other Muslim States for that matter. Recently when Indian Foreign Minister was wrongly invited to OIC summit, Palestinian representative in OIC shamefully welcomed her. It has made many Pakistanis like me to think that are we really supporting the right people who either have no sense of right or wrong, Or are supporting wrong for their vested interests. Having said that I must say that this is my own opinion, many Pakistanis would think alike but ofcourse not all. There are majority of Pakistanis who selflessly support Palestinian cause on humanitarian grounds. Even on humanitarian grounds people with similar thoughts as of mine too supporting Palestinians.

Arabs are silent because they are complacent. They did the Jerusalem embassy move and this one after getting a nod from the Arabs, The Saudis mainly and it's little minions.

there is no friendship in international arena, only interests, we should must care about our interest and need to say good bye to Umma Chumma, end this useless moto nobody cares it specially the Brotherly Arab Nation. This is not the first time when Palestinian representative show tilt towards India number of ocassions in past they did the same and even if i am not wrong they insulted freedom movement of Kashmir by admitting Indian role in so called fight against terror.

They are puppets and idiots as much as Ashraf Ghani of Kabul. Furthermore, Palestine is divided into areas, one controlled by the Palestinian authority, the west bank and Gaza controlled by Hamas.. We don't support Palestinian authority but our Palestinian brothers and by the way we committed some grave crimes against them. Go search Shantila massacre and the role played by Bhutto and Zia-ul-Haq so their resentment is justified but on the whole Palestinians love Pakistan and I have met a lot of them. Very humble and peace loving people.

Arab Gulf states - including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait - denounced U.S. President Donald Trump's recognition of Israel's 1981 annexation of the Golan Heights on Tuesday.

"Attempts to impose fait accompli do not change the facts," said a statement by the Saudi Press Agency. It said the Golan Heights was an "occupied Syrian Arab land in accordance with the relevant international resolutions" and that U.S. recognition "will have significant negative effects on the peace process in the Middle East and the security and stability of the region."

Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates also said that they regretted the decision and called for the respect of international laws.
