Turkey's Erdogan visits Imam Reza shrine in Iran
MASHHAD, March 29 (MNA) – Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) in the northeastern Iranian city of Mashhad on Thursday afternoon.
Imam Reza (AS) is the eighth imam of Shia Muslims.

During his visit to the shrine, the prime minister was accompanied by a number of Turkish officials including the ministers of foreign affairs, finance, and energy.

Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi also accompanied Erdogan.
