Govt. should set better encouragements in financial way, recently they made some progress, working mothers can be retired 10 years earlier and some aid for 3+ children families. This is not enough cos law orders 5 children for earlt retirement. This and other steps like money aid will boost birth rate in long term. The state should guarantee 3+ children families' (some percentage of) expenses. Otherwise it's aimless to breed like kurds and new addition to workless class as thieves, gang members...

You are seeing the situation only 1 baby = 200 $ window... Most of rational parents don't make children for this... (except kurds) Think about people who wants to make more babies but concerned about the financial situation at the same time... These people are the target of financial encouragements... And there is already a project cheap housing for just marrieds... This is why the state exists... Btw, I respect your experiences since you seem a high-quality bud.
