Ali Yazdani, the head of Iran Small Industries and Industrial Parks Organization (ISIPO), told IRNA on Wednesday that Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO), on the basis of an agreement with Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture (ICCIMA), will construct its exclusive specialized industrial park in Iran.

“The Turkish side will invest more than $10 billion on the project to build 140 production units in this park,” he said.

As he added, this is the first time in Iran that a specialized industrial park is thoroughly constructed relying on foreign investment.

“They have asked for a 500-hectare land to implement the project and we have proposed 15 locations to them to choose,” Yazdani added, “further negotiations are still being conducted in this regard.”

lol I don't hate Turkey I just hate Turkish government.

. . . . . . .
I hope, this investment will never happen. I think, such an investment should be made in Pakistan or Azerbaijan.
And the reason is? ...... Racism? Iran is far richer than both when it comes to natural resources, energy and skilled workforce. It also has a bigger market that can be a good customer base for the products that are made.

Sound business decisions has nothing to do with politics or race. Otherwise, Americans would not invest in Chinese industry.

Do you know what kind of products they are going to produce? Automotive parts?

. . .
I hope too.
Foreign industries will only harm Iranian domestic industries and nothing more.
Wrong. Countries need foreign investment to generate jobs, and bring in much needed technology. The more investment, the more the industry grows, and that will encourage domestic industry to get involved.

.
Turkey is member of NATO and our enemy we shouldn't trust Turkey.
