Coat of arms shouldn't be about dick measuring. Ottoman Empire was only kept alive by British and the French for the last 200 years so it wouldn't become under Russian sphere. Ottomans lost almost all territory and signed treaty with the allies to give up most of Anatolia. It is painful but the truth. Logo should become something new and self-confident.

How is that makes sense that a coat of arms that includes Caliphate flag and a personal signature of sultans can represent Turkey ?

Not having a coat of arms didn't killed us for 90 years, its not necessary, but lately Tayyip is very interested in imperial stuff.

If we are going to have a coat of arms, its should be a complete new design, its ridiculous to design a coat of arms with cannons and halberds in it in 21th century.
