The Turkish Embassy in Egypt has
started preparations for a
possible evacuation of Turkish
citizens from the country due to
the escalation of clashes
between Egyptian army troops
and pro-Muslim Brotherhood
demonstrators after Morsi
ouster, local Today's Zaman
reported on Monday.
In case of "critical conditions,"
the Turkish embassy has started
to collect information of Turkish
citizens in Egypt although an
evacuation is not yet underway,
according to sources from the
Turkish Foreign Ministry.
Meanwhile, Turkish citizens have
become the target of anti- Morsi
groups in the country.
Bilge Egemen, a Turkish reporter,
said Sunday in her Twitter that
she was assaulted by a group of
anti-Morsi demonstrators
gathered in Tahrir Square in
Cairo after reporting the
developments in Egypt as a "coup
d'etat."
Morsi was ousted by the Egyptian
army on Wednesday after
millions of protesters demanded
his removal due to his "
maladministration" since he was
elected a year ago. But
supporters of the Islamist-
oriented president condemned
the move as conspiratory and
vowed to sacrifice for Morsi's
legitimacy.

Turkey's military had evacuated it's 29,000 citizens during the Libyan Civil War within 72 hours.

No, I believe that Erdogan is a great if not the best leader of Turkey, his achievements for Turks speak for themselves anyway. People of the ME are keen to have the best relations with Turkey. However, ousting the MB in Egypt was better for both Turkey and Arabs, because that would have created two rival blocks in the ME, MB one led by Egypt and Turkey and the Monarchy one led by the KSA, and that's what I was afraid of, which I meant by the "unwanted intervention", It's over now, Turkey should stay as a friend and ally no matter what.

When im the military dictator of Turkey,i will look to you China and the far east.
First job annex,Kashmir so you are automaticly a Turk.
To topic,the MB/AKP tried something like a ME(or muslimworld) dominance by infiltrating into military,justice system,economics etc..
The only country where they achieved that is in my unlucky country.
I hope this will be the last term of Erdogan so we can mend fences again.

I don't like to be nosy, and away from my perspective of him as a Jordanian, I honestly think that Erdogan is a great guy for Turks, as I said his achievements speak for themselves. If Morsi made half of what Erdogan did, I would have been MB fan.
