Not sure why Turkey needs to shoot down a Russian jet just to make the U.S. happy like Putin says.

Putin is right, Turks are always licking someone's arse. That's the only thing Turkey is good at.

1. Russia deployed the S-400 covering pretty much all of Syria and covering large parts of Turkey.
2. Deployed the Moskva cruiser providing air defences to Russian planes.
3. Deployed advanced fighter jets to the Syrian air base.
4. Deployed a submarine which has started bombing.
5. Wiped out the entire Turkmen race in about 72 hours with Turkey utterly helpless.
6. Bombed the oil trading trucks between Turkey and ISIS thus shutting down one of Turkey's biggest income sources.
7. Assad is now retaking positions previously under ISIS control.
8. Turkish Air Force no longer come even close to Syrian air space for fear of getting shot down.
9. Turkey's pipe dream of toppling Assad has gone down the drain.

Since that shooting down, Russia has significantly increased their military presence, wiped out an entire Turkmen race and made sure Assad will stay in power.

Now Putin is adding insult to injury for Turkey and the Turks think they are winning

Turkey says its patience with Russia 'has a limit': newspaper

Turkey's foreign minister said Ankara's patience with Russia "has a limit" after Moscow's "exaggerated" reaction to a weekend naval incident between the two countries, an Italian newspaper reported on Monday.
A Russian destroyer fired warning shots at a Turkish vessel in the Aegean on Sunday to avoid a collision and summoned the Turkish military attache over the incident..

"Ours was only a fishing boat, it seems to me that the reaction of the Russian naval ship was exaggerated," Mevlut Cavusoglu told Italian daily Corriere della Sera in an interview.

"Russia and Turkey certainly have to re-establish the relations of trust that we have always had, but our patience has a limit," Cavusoglu said.

The incident is likely to heighten tensions between the two nations who are at odds over Syria and Turkey's downing of a Russian warplane last month.

Related Coverage
Cavusoglu said Russia had already "put itself in a ridiculous position" with accusations by its President Vladimir Putin that Turkey had shot down the jet to protect oil supplies from Islamic State.

"No-one believed it" he said.

He also criticized Russia's military intervention in Syria, saying it was aimed at propping up the regime of President Bashar al-Assad, not combating Islamic State.

"Unfortunately Russia is not in Syria to fight terrorists," he said, adding that only 8 percent of its air strikes had been aimed at Islamic State while 92 percent were against other groups hostile to Assad.

Related Coverage
Cavusoglu also said air strikes were not sufficient to defeat Islamic State and soldiers on the ground were necessary, according to the interview.

No nukes discussed, just pointing out exactly what has happened since that incident. Russia totally having its way by deploying its most advanced air defence assets and wiping out the Turkmen. Turkey's pipe dreams in Syria are destroyed.

Truth hurts doesn't it bud?

He is acting like the Russia fanboys in PDF. :D

He is humiliating Turkey by deploying the S-400 and proceeding to wipe out your entire Turkmen people. Turkey is utterly helpless as it sees its people getting killed and the Turkish Air Force helpless to protect its people for fear of the S-400. Turkey is losing influence in Syria big time as Russia is now bombing the oil trucks which is cutting off income source for that despot Erdogan and Turkey see Assad winning.

Putin just adding insult to injury to Turkey. He is mocking you knowing Turkey is powerless to stop him in Syria
