RIYADH – Multiple pictures of detained Saudi bigwigs including the billionaire Al-Waleed bin Talal emerged online showing the princes passing a good time in detention, however, the reality of the pictures is contrary to what is being propagated.

The images that went viral over the internet showed tycoon Al-Waleed bin Talal stretching a smile along with three fellows lying on bare mattresses.

The images were believed to have been captured inside the Ritz-Carlton hotel where Saudi royals have been detained following an anti-corruption swoop launched by 32-year-old Muhamamd Bin Salman.

On the surface, the pictures suggested that the arrested individuals were not subjected to torture or interrogation and the arrest seemed to be a gimmick, however, the images have been debunked confirming that factually they had no link with the ‘House of Saud’.

In actual, the man believed to be Saudi tycoon is a Lebanese representative Jean Bou Gaddoun who disguised himself as Talal for comedy program directed by Charbel Khalil on the television show ‘Al-Jadid’.

The picture was uploaded by Gaddoun himself with the caption ‘I’m on a sandwich Monte Carlo, tragic with fairy’.

Who knows if there was retired Sasha Grey present?

You play video games too much to make such jokes Mini.

So pretend to be civil. Try it. Who knows maybe it will catch on.

Last time I played a video game was 5 years back. Sasha is now a singer and living her life peacefully.

They look completely alike. Hilarious stuff.

I hope he would be executed or live the life of a garbage man

and drug addicts

All of them (their time) will come. As well as that of ours.

800 billion USD will return to KSA. Talk about winning the jackpot. Could not care about them at all. I suggest that the 40 Mullah's arrested back in September should be executed. Don't care about them either. Or about "justice".

Time to completely drain the swamp. Nothing comes before the nation and people whether KSA or the Arab nation as a whole.

Corruption cannot be justified let alone accepted forever. Rampant corruption is a sign of a failed state and system. MbS purpose in this world is to improve KSA on all fronts and he has done very well so far and much more is to come. This must be prioritized. This is the will of the people. Rest is barking and discussions for the sake of it.
