No it wouldn't since the LOC is bound to a ceasefire agreement which India reguarly breaks itself. At best some major action could be considered a skirmish or a resumption of hostilities.

If Pakistan attacked elsewhere like the Sindh or Punjab border, then it could be considered an act of war and im sure the UN would intervene.

You need to get your facts straight.

1) it is India that conducts aggression. You did it on 26 feb and we put you in your place. You did the same against China and they really put you in place.
