I never said 1 is better than the other....But if you must know, USSR / Russia isnt the same state (at least on paper) so their raiding wont be equated and in my humble opinion it isnt more than America....because America raids by causing fear, selling weapons, bombing innocents so that their relatives can be easy recruits and ACCIDENTALLY leaving weapons for terrorists to find...Russia prob does similar though it openly invades WHILE America behaves as a heavily veiled hypocrite! 1. The facts are tens of thousands of 'mujahadeen' were forighners, many were Pakistani.

2. The Soviet Union built up almost all the infrastructure in Afghanistan.

3. The Taliban, US, gulf states, and Pakistan are responsible for today's Afghanistan.
