India has reached many times in semifinals or final... Example 2019 - unbeaten till semifinals..

Might, Pakistan team does not have habit to perform as they did in 2021 but if you asked me, does not matter... We have seen many times that india performed well but lost the match during the crunch movement...

England was best team in the tournament but australia and Newzealand shown to the other countries, how to play in the big tournament... I already knew that Pakistan will not win...

India lost match because kohli selected players who were not good enough to play for World Cup . Shastri and KOHLI gone now india team can win .

Your captain should always be the best player in the team. Pakistan learned it the hard way. Time will tell but i feel India is only going to go downhill from here. I do feel changing captain is a huge blunder. Tendulkar was a different case, he should have captained India for long too as he was the best player in that team also, he was just one of those players whose game got affected because of captaincy pressure but that is certainly not the case with Kohli.

Can't comment on Shastri though. That's up to the fans. But Kohli is a champion.

Boys played well , but now they are out of this World Cup . Wait for the next World Cup .

I think rizwan slow inning was the reason we didn't reach 190 runs on board in final match. Nothing against his commitment as he was ill, but If you are not fit why you allowed him in such crucial match. 8 batsman waited to play next worldcup?
Overall our boys fought well, expect Hassan Ali who even didn't perform well against weak stand like Namibia, Scotland.

What disbelief, Australia dropped 3 catches, 1 warner wrong out & his decision to take not review and still we reached 176 score , Anything less than 195 was already big risk when you have team like Australia. Only miracle could save us to defend this target on this dew pitch. 176 was never a fighting score. Warner wrong decision for taking not review made this match interesting.

The playing 11 wasn't exactly right. Believe it or not, I think we had too much batting power that we didn't need. The innings is only 20 overs.

Rizzy, Babs, Fakh, Shady (up the order), Ifthikar ,Asif, Wasim Jr (all rounder) ,Qadir (or other spinner), Dahani, Afridi, Harry

I think we could get by with 1 less batsman, and get in another full time bowler.
Playing Shadab and Imad together doesn't make sense.
Specialist spinner is needed.
I lean towards Wasim Jr. and Dahani but Faheem and Wahab could come back into the team.
