No, according to ISPR, F-16s were not used to bomb targets in India. ISPR never denied F-16s were used in the ensuing A2A encounter.

The MiG has been proven, as for the Sukhoi, eye witnesses reported a 2nd aircraft going down with two pilots parachuting out of it, thus making it a dual seater. It's not an F-16 since the F-16 fleet has been counted and shown to be intact, so the only option left is a Su-30MKI since that's the only other dual seater in the region.

Not only that, but finding an AIM-120C AMRAAM that quickly requires extraordinary luck. What's more likely, that they just found it or that they caught it from the wreckage of another downed aircraft? There's also the fact that the MiG-21 which India claims shot down the F-16 has been shown to have not fired a single missile.

Interestingly enough, soon after the incident, India also claimed that two IAF personnel died in an accident in Kashmir:
