What's new

Top US officials fly around pitting countries against China. Where is our foreign office????????????

Ew, the only women I find attractive r mainland Chinese and some Japanese. To me, white women seem even uglier than South Koreans...

To each their own. I said I've dated mostly NON-Asian women, doesn't mean I've only dated White women. I've also dated some Asian women, some European, Latina, Black women. I don't really discriminate. Plus, I am well over 6 feet tall and prefer tall women with long legs, nice asses and big tits, most Asian women aren't built like this. LOL

I really dont take the immigrant Western/American "Muslims" seriously lots of them are traitors to their homelands groups like CAIR,MPAC and Soundvision are with the Democratic Party in the US and with neo-liberal establishment groups tied to the Clintons many even celebrated when Syria was getting bombed and Gaddafi was getting anally raped in 2011 besides like I said Muslims are not monolith in opinions in the west we come from every corner of the world so views are different from national origin ask folks like @Pan-Islamic-Pakistan @Old School who have dealt with them also, heck you Chinese have the same issue ,I live not far from Flushing Chinatown in Queens,NY and we have Falun Gong and pro CCP shrills propgating their views via shadow groups and their own media outlets the CCP shrills have SinoVison/World Journal and Falun Gong shrills have NTD TV/Epoch Times so in the west you always gonna find fifth column shrills living and being pampered by the State Dept. be it Baloch sepratists in Texas,Neo liberal Pakistanis in Virginia, LA Iranians who are pro Shah loyalists,Taiwanese Falun Gong freaks in NYC/LA or Guansano Cubans/Venezeuelans in Miami very common tactic by the US use influential diaspora groups to pressure rivals

I'll respond to this later. But good points.

China has a horrendous PR and HR department. It's foreign affairs just repeat the old and tired "win win" argument repeatedly and think that a big wallet can buy friendship.

The reality is that China's international image is horrible and few countries trust it. China is seen as a selfish country with zero ethics and zero moral compass. A large part of this is because of the shitty behavior of it's own citizens in other countries, another part of this is the complete ineptitude of Chinese media in projecting a favorable image of the country or making friends.

But retarded Chinese netizens on this site will just say "Only HARD POWER MATTERS!" And that's why China's image is terrible.

Unfortunately, my new business partner who is an Australian has been saying what you have. He literally runs away from doing business in China.

I did my bachelors in Malaysia where there is a plethora of Chinese nationals, so I have my fair share of experience. Honestly out of the majority of chinese people, I was only friends with a 2 guys and 2 girls, only those who were comfortable and confident with English. The language barrier is the problem which is why you tend to see groups of Chinese people who do not step out of their comfort zone.

Facts > unsubstantiated opinions and anecdotes. :)

Russians stand out for having the most positive view of China across all countries surveyed (71% favorable). A majority in Ukraine, too, share these views (57%).

Majorities or pluralities in almost all the Middle Eastern, Latin American and sub-Saharan African countries surveyed have a favorable view of China, including 70% who have a favorable opinion in Nigeria.

Younger people tend to have a more positive stance on China across most of the countries surveyed. In 19 countries, adults ages 18 to 29 have more favorable views than those 50 and older. In Brazil, for example, two-thirds (67%) of younger adults have a favorable view of China, while just 40% of older adults share that opinion. Large age gaps also exist in Lithuania (where younger adults’ views are 25 points more favorable), Mexico (+23 points), Indonesia (+21), Australia (+21), Poland (+21) and Ukraine (+20).

What's even worse is with all the negative things Trump has done to alienate everybody he is STILL seen as more favorable than Xi. That says a lot.

Another fake Chinese thinking he knows a lot about China? Can you even write and read Chinese in the first place?

Um so that’s why Putin is before Trump? That’s great logic you got there.

Maybe next time to stroke our egos we will also put Kim Jong-un above Trump and keep Xi below.

Unfortunately back to the bottom of the pyramid we can see how people are all to willing to sell their souls for personal gain rather than helping their neighbor.

That because of propaganda.

The truth Chinese people are still better than many other people around the world.

Low crime rate, friendly and very hardworking.

Before WW2, Germans was propagandized as the worst human being ever.

But it turns out they are not, they are even great.

The real bad guy is the one who is lying around.

I can read and write Chinese. Not at an advanced level (like a newspaper level) but good enough for business and conversation.

I used to be a lot more pro-China when I was younger but after meeting so many Mainland Chinese business people and realizing that they have very different standards of ethics and fair play, it's impossible to deny the truth. I've also been to about 15 different provinces in China on about 8-9 different trips.

That because of propaganda.

Chinese people are indeed hard working and in general, low crime. However when it comes to business ethics, Mainlanders in general are pretty shitty. Taiwanese, Southeast Asian Chinese and Singaporeans, far better. Hong Kongers, pretty shitty in general as well.

About the US creating fake news to demonize China, absolutely agreed 100%. Although some of the criticism is valid and justified, obviously there is an agenda behind it and China is not treated fairly. But we are talking about China's ineptitude here in challenging this, aren't we? China is inept in responding to this. If you want to believe otherwise, go ahead and provide proof.

Even for someone with an ethnic Chinese background like myself who can speak conversationally fluent Mandarin, it is challenging to do business with many Mainland Chinese because of significant cultural barriers and different standards of honesty, ethics and accountability. There are some who are great, don't get me wrong. Some are very honest and great people, but I have met a disproportionate percentage who are the opposite.

For someone who can't even speak Chinese, it's a non starter. However if you are White you have an advantage as many of these Mainland Chinese obsess about White people and may start a relationship with you just because of your race.

I'll keep that in mind but it's pretty hard to ignore the significant shift in general attitude towards China among Muslims I encounter on a regular basis. Whereas in the past, it was pretty positive or at least neutral, now it gets awkward and pretty negative.

Yes, US is pulling all stops around the world to rally support against China, but the problem is, what result has it got? They are just doing a fools errand. Working hard the wrong way is worse than doing nothing at all.

When you are rising, you've got to step on someones toes, if you are weak and defenceless, no one hates you, if you become very powerful and more developed than others, everyone hates you.

Yes people far away from China as Venezuela, Nigeria have super feeling for chinese but close neighbors from Vietnam, Japan and Korea dislike chinese.

Chinese are hard core traditionalists. They make enemies in the near, friends in the distance.

But US politicians flying around the world to rally support against China only found out their so called allies are not true allies, what a sarcasm.

Familiarity breeds contempt, most countries are not particularly friendly to their immediate neighbors.
