I know this is not related to defence ... but I really want to know about the Top teams in Asia.. and how they compare to Europe and South America ... I think Asia is stronger than Africa in this game...
and I also want to know from Indian members ,,, how they see India Football team and can we expect our Team to ever qualify for World Cup
.. by the way. I know very little about this game as most of the Indian .. i enjoy playing and watching cricket... i suck in cricket ...

i did some research on net.. here is my ranking for top 5 ... asian teams ..

Iran
Uzbekistan
Israel

not including Australia and Turkey ...

I think Iraq is also pretty strong, just look at their country, they still won the 2007 Asian Cup.

Nope, China will not quality for the WC 2014 in Brazil, because they suck.

It's the poor support from the state that makes the difference. Countries like Korea, Japan, and Australia are deep-pocketed and could afford the best training programs for their teams, African teams not so much. So while African soccer players may be stronger and more talented, they don't get the opportunity to put their abilities to the best use.
