So, since I figured the Turks have many stickies in their forum, I realized even we have more than we should have.
I think stickies should be the bare minimum if possible. So, my proposal to @Serpentine & @Daneshmand to see if we can do anything to make it more presentable.
First what are the purpose of stickies?
Purpose of Stickies:
Therefore, my suggestion is 3 fold:
Example Suggestions:
Specific projects shouldn't be stickied like "Shahed-129 MALE UCAV | News and Discussions". Specific projects usually will have a long period where nothing happens, so you will have a stickied that has no update. And when something exciting happens, someone will just make a new thread anyway, like,
Shahed-129 UCAV production line
Which is more active anyway.
Iran high-tech system should be merged to Made in Iran thread.
Iran military news should be unstickied. If it's an important news, we'll just make a new thread about it & discuss it.
Analysis of Stickies
Going back to the purpose of the stickies, two important factors will be how many replies it has and how many views. Based on this, we look at the performance of the stickies,
In terms of replies, the three least performing stickies are
,
In terms of views (has least interest among visitors to the forum),
Name Change
Finally, I want to recommend name changes to the thread to keep it organized.
For example,
Threads that are about mainly about pictures are,
We can change these to:
[Gallery] Iranian Armed Forces
[Gallery] This paradise is called Iran
[Gallery] Iran - Iraq war
Others could be treated similar to give it a uniform, organized look.

Purpose of Stickies:
- To prevent the same threads being created again & again
- To provide an information to newbies so that they don't have to search deep in the sub
- To preserve an interesting thread that newcomers would enjoy reading
Therefore, my suggestion is 3 fold:
- Merge stickies to reduce overlaps
- Unsticky to keep minimum stickies
- Change titles to make it look more organized
