Sure they would not, good example is housing scheme and they will not delivered it to poor peoples and almost investors are doing business there.

They can't be able to eradicate bribe from institutions, they cant deliver. you can check it now or later for experience.

Its a personal choice. But its very immature to expect results over night. Goes to show your ignorance towards real life issue. Its not a video game. Running a country is extremely difficult task.

It will make no difference to PTI.

Every one is corrupt and you can not deliver it. Its not England, its pakistan. Every one is clever and public is naive. At least you will soon get results and you said by yourself that i am right.
