refer to Zardari time of PPP govt
back then Our Govt ministers of PPP were always next to DG ISPR and the conferences and statements were always joint statements. DG ISPR would respond to mostly technical and military specific questions about the fight with Taliban and Al Qaeda if he appeared on his own.
but PPP minister will be always with him when it was about launching operations or responding to foreign media and specially responding to Indian, American or Afghan allegations
