Lecturate#Lecturate me apki language se zada content matter karta hai or way how you deliever so ap english mein de sakte hain but content mind me rakhein bcz content ot way to deliever or jin ko de rahe hain wo matter karta hai just.

Jitne bhi outdoor tasks hain Command task,Progressive group task,Half group task. me ap urdu bol sakte hain but final group task me english me bolna must hai or urdu me ap nahi bol sakte agar ap ki spoken english weak hai ap isharon se baat karein but urdu nahi bol sakte.
Interviews#Interviews sab urdu me hote hain GTO,Deputy and Psychologist interview But is me aik important point ye hai mostly wo ap se urdu me hi Questions karte hain but agar koi Question wo english me karein to ap english me he answer dein lekin mene kaha lekin agar spoken english weak ho to ap asa answer dein ke un ki tawajo answer per ho not language.And interviews me confidence level check kiya jata hai agar english me Q ho just answer.
So at last agar ap english achi bolte hain to ye apka plus point hain but is plus point per apki recommendation nahi hosakti keep in mind wo apne 14 points ke mutabiq he recommend or not recommend karein ge.So i hope ka apko kuch samajh lagi ho

⏺ISSB 4 days schedule
So ab ap ko issb ka tour karate hain sirf post ki had tak.Now lets start ap ne apply kiya as a commissioned officer ap ke initials clear hain or ap ne issb form submit karwaya and kuch arsa bad ap ka agaya hai issb call letter.Just relax Now ap apna bag ready karte hain 2 suit or white shorts or shirt ready karein or issb kohat pohnch gae hai.
⏺First Day...
Ab ye apka first day hai kuch fouji aein ge ap ka saman etc check karein ge or ap ko apne sath transport me le jaein ge.Wahan apko phir rooms etc dein ge documents check karein ge or chest no. allot hoga phir Bio data form 3 fill karwaein ge 1.GTO 1.Deputy and last one pshcolgist ko dein.Note=Apne sara bio data apne mind me yad rakhna hai bcz ye agay issb me help kare ga.Ab ap free hain or ayashi karein bus normal rehain masjid jaein idhar udhar phir lein koi ap ko nahi dekh raha just relaxxx

Acha to apko line wise betha diya jae ga or verbal ki booklet de jae just pehle ap ne computer per kiya tha ab sheet per karna honge than ap ko jo seperate sheet de jaye gi us per do boxes honge or first box me ap ne correct option likhna hai like agar kisi ka a hai answer sheet per us mcqs ke box me a mention kar dein.Time idhar kam milta hai so bs time management hoti hai.Then Non verbal ki moti se booklet dein ge or wo bhi ase hi procedure se solve karne hoti hai.Then Mechanical aptitude test ki booklet mila ge wo bhi solve karne ke bad ap se le lein ge.
Than kuch deer ke bad result announce hoga jo candidate screenout ho jaein kuch fouji un logon ko transport me betha kar darwaza tak chor jaein ge or wo candidates phir ghar waps a kar fb groups ko join kar lein ge.

⏺Sentence completition#SCT me ap ko 26 sentences ka first english set mila ga time 6min is me apko solve karna honge ye incomplete sentences.Then again 26 ka set english ka mila ga sheet per solve karne ke bad ap se le lein ge.6 min for each set.So english ke 56 sentences hogae.Then wo apko urdu ke 26 incomplete sentences ki sheet dein ge time 6min me apko complete karne honge and then second set ke 26 sentence bhi complete karna hon ge.Then wo sheet wapis le lein ge.
⏺Word Association test#Ye aik test me itna potential hai ke apki psyche ka checkup kar de.Acha to ap ko sheets mil jaein ge or 2 rounds hon ge 1st me 25 words 3se 4s time ke difference se us ke bad 1 min rest and then 2nd round 75 words 3to 4s ke time difference se.Then test completed ap se sheets wapis le lein ge.
⏺Picture stories#Picture stories mean ke wo screen per aik picture show karein ge or ap 3min and 30sec likhna ka time mila ga har picture per.Then next test start ho jae ga.

⏺Half group task=Uper wala kam hi karna hota hai bus candidates ko two groups me divide kar dete hain agar 8 hain to 4 or 4 candidates ka group ban jata hai or phir har group seperate seperate yahi kam karta hai.
⏺Interviews#Ab Gto kahe ga gentelemen ja kar fresh ho kar tayar ho jaein ap ke interviews hain is din kuch candidates ka deputy or kuch ke Pschycologist ke interviews honge.Is ke bade ap free ayashi karein jo karna bas normal behave karna.

⏺Command task#Is me bhi baki tasks ke tarha material aik jaga se dosre jaga le kar jana hota hai but har kisi ko commander banne ka chance diya jata ise doran Gto har commander ko apne sath ground ki tarf le jata hai jahan material hota hai or raste me frank ho kar ap se interview kar leta hain or bad me samjha deta hai.
⏺Individual obstacle#Then apko obstacles cross karne hote hain 9 obstacles 2 min me karne hote hain.
⏺Final group task#Is me bhi as usual cheezain idhar se udher le kar jane hote hain but is me urdu nahi bol sakte only english bolne hote hai.
After that baqi interviews hote hain jin ke pehle deputy ka rehta tha ab un ka deputy ke or jin ke psychologist ke rehta tha unke psychologist ke hote hain.Ab ap free hain kaise chal rahe hai issbNow dinner than so jao ap subha ghar nahi jana

Jab WAT or SCt complete ho jae ga to to apko 4 pictures dekhai jaen ge or har pic per story 3.30s me likhne hoge.Now most imp point ke story me sex,Death,Fight jaise negative situation nahi show karni hai.Let take e.g aik larka or larki dono khara hain then 80% candidates negativity thore boht daal dein ge apni story mein.Now ap zara positive Ali us ka bhai or kafi dinon se wo eik book exhibition ke farmaish kar rahi the so aj us ki saal girah thi so as gift wo apni sister ko book exhibition per le kar ja raha like that ap logon me se boht se is se better likh sakte hain but practise must hai.Ab practise karein or mene apko e.g urdu me de but english me ap ne likhni ha.And Practise karein Fb ke plateform se khud se your story is important simple words me likhein boht mushqil words likh kar na khud problem create karein or na reader ko.
Pointer stories me bhi jo incomplete line di hai us ki complete karna like aik e.g hai copy nahi karna.
✔Alina was alone in home in a stormy night and all of sudden……there was thunder strike! she was so afraid that she called her mother, her mother said to her not to worry about it she will be home shortly, then she decided to do her college work but it was not relaxing as she was very afraid of the dark & the storm going around, then she thought that she has forgotten something from a long time what was that ? she thought !, ohh yes Prayer she has not offerd prayed from a long time, what could be more relaxing then a prayer then she offerd prayed & ask Allah for forgiveness that she will not forgot the prayed after this, as soon as she finished the prayer the bell ring!, who could it be she thought ? , she opened the door with little hesitation & she jumped with joy , it was her mother who was standing in front of her, she Thanked Allah & decided not to Skipp any of the prayers.
So like that 12 line enough hain so practise aj se karein or ye sab points mind me rakhein

ISSB me jab ap ke written test hota hai last me aik Q hota hai Merits or Demerits.Different ways se ye Q hota Friend ki nazar me ap ke merits and enemy ki nazar like that.So First Merit likhne kaisa apne is ke liye 2 tips apne jo mind me rakhna hain wo hain..
1.Apne Sach bolna hai..ok
2.Apne jo bhi merit likhna hai us ko specific karna hai kaisa karna hai ye me apko btata hon I am giving you an examples so in ko copy na karya ga bcz apko interview me problem ho sakti kuch aqal ke ari log facebook wale hi likh kar khush ho jate hain but apne apne apko khud dekhna hai ap me kya asa merit hai ye koi mushqil nahi or har person me merits or demerits hote hain.let take an e.g of merit
1.Copperative ab apne asa hi nahi likh kar ana is ko specific karein like ka ap har waqt to copperative nahin hote so specific karein like below

1.Sach bolna hai ab yahan sach asa bolein ke apki negativity ka impression na jae.Like ab jhoot bolta hon ab is ka to matlab hai ap per believe nahi kiya ja sakta so asa likhein ke negative effect na para.

Point jo ap na note karna hai wo ye hai ke apke merits or demerits jo parhe ga ab us ko apne ye nahi clear kiya ke aggresive hai per kis se apna parents se ya apne brothers se ya sister se is ko complete karein Aggresive with talkative people.Ab apke demerits read karne wale ko easily pata chal jaye ga acha to ye Batoni logon se ghussa se baat karta hai.So like that ab ap me se koi ye to nahi likhta demerits me Handwriting yahi likhta hai poor ya bad hand writting so ap ne is point ko specific kiya or ap ki pic clear hogaj acha is ki writting achi nahi hai.Is tarha karein.Hope so ka kuch samajh ae ho apko.
Guys good work merits me to 4 logon ne participate kiya but demerits me kafi participate kiya.But i think ap apne sare merits or demerits page per likhein and then select kar lein un me se jo ap ko lage ke ye sahi rahe ga like that bcz mostly logon ne sach bola huwa tha koi aur such bhi bol dein Matlab ye ka ap ka positive impact pare un par asa likhein.Waise ap jitne chahein wahan likh sakte hain but 5 merits aur 3 demerits likh dein its up to you.

Todays post about interviewz issb me apke 3 log interview lein ge GTO ka to chalte phirta ho jae ga during tasks but during this wo ap se frankness show kare ga.But keep in mind you are a candidate and he is a officer so frankness me jo batein Ap se nikalwana chahta hai wo nahin nikalne.Then pscyhcologist and Deputy interview wohi bio Data form or Pscyhco ap ka written test ka mutaliq hi Qs mostly karta hai.But kuch Qs me apka confidence level or mukhtalif cheezon ko deekhta hain.So kuch Qs ko kaisa answer karna hai just ye he trick pata ho apko.Like

Name sunna me kafi acha haiBut kuch points GTO ke interview ke mind me rakhein.
1.Gto kafi frankness show karta hai so ap bhi frank hon but lihaz rakh kar.
2.Agar ap koi answer ghalat de gae hain to appologize kar lein.Is me koi buri baat nahi.
3.Remain normal during answering.
4.Usually candidate boht zada free bhi hojate hain or apnay karnama puri dunya ko khushi khushi bta rahe hote hain GTO ne mujh se ye Q kiya mene us ko ye kaha wo kaha so keep in mind ap issb kis liya dena gae han.
5.GTO koi offer kare to lack of confidence show nahi karna.e.g agar puche le ka ap kuch kehna chahte hain to simple no sir ya nahi kehna ap mujhe recommend kar dein.I hope ke baat samjh lag gai hogi.

GTO Briefing.
Apke pass 2 truck hain hain apko 20km per 6 bande utarne hain than 40km per 12 bande utarne hain and 60km ke point per 12 bande mazeed utarne hain. apke pass aik helicopter hai jo 180km/h ke speed se fly karsakta hai or truck 240km/h ke speed se move karsakta hai or apke 1 hour apke 2no trucks me 3 hours travel karsakte hain (limited petrol).
Explanation#Now apne quickly first truck dekhna hai hai aur apke truck 1 hour 30min travel karsakte hai kyoun ke petrol hi itna hai so apne pehle time find kar lena hai ke truck 10km kotne min karega bcz apke pass total 60min hain so 2.5 min ye truck 10km travel karega or 5min me ye 20km so apne 6 bande load karne hai or 20km wale spot me utarne hain ab apko 5min wapis ane mein lag jaein ge so total 10min aur total time 60min baqi bache 50min ab apne quickly 12 bande load karne hain 10min me quickly unko unload karna hai aur 10min me wapis report karna hai.So 20min and remain time 50min tha ab baqi 30min reh gai hain Then again ap ko 15min lage gai unload karne me aur 15min wapis aur baqi 30min bhi complete aur ap intime pohnch jaen ge.

Like interviewr ap se puche aik car 120km/hour ki speed se lahore ja rahe hai to 15 min wo kitna distance cover kare ge.
Solution#Ab aik baat ye ke distance ka Qs solve karne ka aik he procedure hai.Is formula ko ap yad kar lein.
Speed/60=Answer×time so lets see
120/60=2×15=30km Answer...
So ap ne answer karna hai sir 30km cover karege.Ok Now ab ap ko koi hi Q a jae ka kitna distance cover karega ya urdu me kitna safar ta karega apne yahi formula laga kar interviewr ko answer btana hai.
Now secondly ab wo timee quickly puchte hain...
Q.Aik Bike 80km/hour se move kar rahi hai so 5km ka distance wo kitne time me cover karege?
Solution#Now time find karne ka bhi aik formula hai ap us ko yad rakh lein
Speed/60=Distance/answer=time
Now
80/60=1.3
5/1.3=3.8s
Sir wo bike 3min or 8 sec me 5km distance cover karege

E.G#How much poles can be placed in an area of 1500m.If distance between each of them 50m.
So ab poles kitne lagane hain ye ap se pucha ha.
Now quickly land area ko divide karen distance per
1500/50=30
and add 1 in it=30+1=31 so ask interviwer 31 poles laga gaein har ka darmyan 100m ka fasla hoga.

Now ab common sense ha aik mont ki 20,000 hai or 1 year me 12 month hote hain so multiply it with 12.So answer is
