Tibetan HSR in operation end of this month, why building high speed railway destined to lose money?

This is fake news. The nearest HSR to Tibet currently is Xining station, Qinghai. This is Tibet cultural zone but not Tibet Province.

First paved road in 1990's, How Nyingchi city , only 10km from Indian border in south Tibet
Driving in Tibet/Arrive in Nyingchi /Drive to the city center

Small southern Tibet border town Nyingchi had its first paved road in early 1990's, before that, the town had just one dirt road, all buildings on both sides of this dirt road were makeshift structures made by plank woods and metal sheets.
This city is only 10 kilometers away from Indian border, and used to be smaller than an university campus in 1990's, now has developed into a proper town

Tibet is geopolitically important but it seems those religious lunatics are just waste of resources as for now,how productive can you be when you talk about religion most part of the day and loaf around in the name of their cult like practice,I've never preferred dealing with any tibetans in my life. They just rub me off the wrong way.

Interesting. Looks like a nice, clean city with fabulous landscape. During my visits to China, i went to many cities and small towns, i actually wanted to visit Tibet, but i heard that you need to apply for some sort of permission from government if you are a foreigner before you can travel there, something which discouraged me, as i hate lengthy processes/paperwork stuffs. lol Its same reason i didn't visit Sikkim when i was in India, all this processes of applying for permission just discourages a lot of tourist going to those areas. i guess. since people will just prefer visiting other places they don't need to any application to do so.

I offer a new perspective.

Chinese weather records have found that the country's climate is shifting back to 3,000 years ago as temperatures rise.Xinjiang is returning to the climate it had when the Chinese arrived 2,000 years ago.Tibet is also becoming habitable again. And 1,300 years ago, when Tang princesses built the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet was able to support a relatively strong government, which could rule the surrounding Tibet and several small city-states.After the Ming Dynasty, 900 years later, Tibet became unsuitable for large-scale human settlement.

did China carry out any environmental studies before building this railway ?

because as far as I know its a environmental disaster

LOl, everything China doesn must be bad, China should not modernize her own country cause modernization should only be reserved to the west. Are you ok...??
