LMAO, Human development indices don't lie. India can "revise" their definition of poverty and play with PPP all they want. But here's something for you.
List of countries by Human Development Index - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
China is at 91. India is at 135. China is over 40 spots ahead of India. So the reality is that India still has more poor than all of Sub-Saharan Africa. In fact, on that list, there are several African countries that are more developed than India. No one is buying your BS. For a country that hasn't mastered indoor plumbing, it's laughable when you talk about your navy's "expertise."
As for 1962, Indian soldiers were perfectly well armed. And China never outnumbered India 25:1. That's an Indian lie to cover your shameful humiliation and no one, iluding yourself, actually believes that. China inflicted casualties at a ratio of 4.5:1 and captured thousands of your cowardly soldiers. In fact, China was gracious enough to polish your army's weapons before returning them to you. It wasn't hard. They'd never been fired and only dropped once.

Even today, PLA patrols violate your borders with impunity, sometimes staying for as long as 2 weeks at a time. Before you try to convince all of us, unsuccessfully I might add, of India's imaginary military prowess, learn to defend your own borders first.
40 places dont mean much if the difference is not that great
regarding 1962, i get u r a bit slow, so i will repeat it again
read slowly:
indian army of1962 consisted of a few 1000 men armed with sticks and stones against a massive PLA human wave that outnumbered it 25:1 initially and 10:1 towards the end. nobody should face those odds
In the words of a pakistani analyst:
Till 1965 Pakistan Army keeping in view its equipment and training was relatively superior to the Indian Army.India under Nehru was a peaceful country but the Sino-Indian Conflict of 1962 transformed the whole scenario. Thus while Indian Army had by and large registered no major expansion since 1947 after 1962 the Indians embarked on a highly ambitious expansion programme. It was Pakistans good luck that in 1965 this process was at a very rudimentary stage, however by 1971 the whole strategic scenario had changed
But, The Indians who had guns and ammo killed a lot of chinese
Nobody believed we had killed so many Chinese at Rezang La. Our commander called me crazy and warned that I could be court-martialled - Indian Express
like i said earlier, chinese military is hot air
Compared to the Indian Army, which is arguably the world’s most battle hardened military, the PLA is relatively inexperienced, with limited exposure to wars over the last 50 years, save for the one with Vietnam in 1979, from where it retreated in ignominy, besides some border skirmishes with India. Indian Army’ professionalism and mastery of the entire spectrum of conflicts, ranging from decades of counter-insurgency and guerrilla style operations to four wars with Pakistan, including Kargil, in a diversity of terrains and climatic conditions, remains unsurpassed.
China also invaded Vietnam in February 1979, provoked by the latter’s intervention in Cambodia to end Pol Pot’s reign of brutality and genocide. Employing massive “human wave” tactics, backed by artillery support and armoured columns, the PLA advanced some 20 km into its territory. Far from diverting its Cambodia-based army regulars, Vietnam rallied its second rung yet battle-tested border guards and local militias.
